I have a 2019 Ford Ranger and within a month of putting them on I walked around the truck and noticed that the passenger side guard was completely where it was or clamped I have no idea. Agree that the 3m tape is useless. I expected the price to be better so I spent a lot of money but definitely regret it now after a few days

It took about 45 minutes to install all 4, after I did one the other 3 ran fine. They are very firmly anchored there, I have no idea why Ford created such a great truck, full of amazing options, 10 speed turbo transmission, long list of interior options, but I couldn't put simple fenders on it 🤔 You will be very happy with it its the quality and save a pack because Ford wanted almost 3 times more expensive 😉🤠 I don't like cheap products and these shields met my expectations 👍🏼

Installed on 2019 Ranger XLT FX4. The back is easy to clip on, although the top itself was a bit loose with the clip. I added a short piece of 3M VHB tape to them in this area. There was nobody on the shutters in the area. The front end was a real PITA due to the clip style and very tight fit of the fender liner. Because they are stiff and strong, three (3) of the four (4) fenders in this area aren't enough when it comes to putting pressure on the BAND, so the Band can't get it sticking enough to stay in place! It only took about 1/4 inch of tape thickness to get to the metal on the inside of the wing to attach it. So I used #33 black 3M tape and it helped it stay in place and out of sight. So I went to Lowe's, bought a roll of double sided tape and attached it to HER tape and that was all I needed…

First of all, the tail flaps fit perfectly on the wing. The metal spring clips attached to the top of the wing can be mounted without much effort. I found a large bladed screwdriver to pry the clamp open and a pair of large channel locks came in handy. The clips themselves have rear facing "teeth" that cut into the valve and plastic trim on the truck to keep them from popping out. Nice gesture.
