It took me a while but I finally got this siphon working. I had no experience with this before, so figuring it out wasn't easy. With that said, I'll give advice to anyone who needs anything. If your water is not flowing as directed, try the following: Insert the cleaner into the aquarium with the valves slightly open and the valves pointing upwards. Next, turn on the faucet. When the water reaches the top of the fish tank, quickly raise the vacuum cleaner out of the water until it is level with

Highly recommended for large tanks! (update included)

Update: The orange plastic connector came loose on my sink pretty quickly so I had to find a solution. I received the part that connects to my sink and the attachment of this product from Lowe's and a very helpful employee was able to find me this part (photo attached) that connects directly to my sink and Hygger attachment. I now have a metal connector instead of a plastic connector, so hopefully it will last for years! I LOVE THIS THING! I have 65 gallons, I use it. I also have a 15 gallon…

Works great at half the price

I have put off buying an aquarium vacuum. Another well-known brand was simply too expensive. So I drew water in buckets. Buckets were used to collect water back into the tank. Use a net to remove large debris. I have live plants, lots of tiger mullet and a huge 12 inch Pleco. I wanted to clean my aquarium, but I didn't want to pull out all the buckets and nets, so I just postponed the cleaning month after month. I bought this 39 foot vacuum system. All I can say is WOW. The aquarium is as clean

I ended up using it for parts

I needed a new hose and a way to connect it to a faucet inside the house instead of running the hose 50 feet to a tap outside. There were mounting options - none worked. Should have had a 3/4-27T adapter for my Delta faucet. I found them at Revain for $15 a collection, but I had the ones I needed when Lowes and Home Depot didn't. The original setup has incredible suction power. It's good. What's wrong is that no matter what I tried I couldn't stop sucking up the gravel, clogging the hopper and…
