The system has been very helpful for our organization in many ways! It was easy for us because of its accessibility; it has allowed our facility manager access from anywhere in order give him reports at anytime when he needs them! Customer Service was really helpful in making me feel comfortable about purchasing this system for my dealership! I wish there were some easier ways of working within it as well - specifically when using multiple accounts/users or if someone gets locked out from their account temporarily etc.. I like how easy it was for us as drivers using this system at our jobsite in North Carolina! It's very user friendly once we got used too all of its functions which are pretty much everything from dispatch/logistics through accounting & invoicing services!!
