We use card holders in our nursing home. These holders hide the cards and protect the cards if the holder was accidentally thrown off the table and not a single card fell out. They are also lightweight and easy to use. I will buy more in the future. Two cards have already bought a box.

Two of the four frames were perfect and popular in our chart room. Two had slots so narrow that overlapping cards could not be inserted into the slots. The problem was solved by running kitchen scissors through the slot multiple times, removing part of the plastic wall each time until I could fit 4 overlapping cards into the slot. Now all players are happy

I don't usually write reviews but these really impressed me. You look strong and great; almost like old school baking stuff. The cards hold perfectly, do not bend or damage the cards (was important to me as a collector). They hold a lot of cards and look great in my playroom. I am so delighted that I am ordering another set for my boat. I am attaching a photo with cards in an envelope.

We use them all the time when playing hands and feet because they have a lot of cards. Curve makes it easy to keep cards private. Our only complaint is that the 2 card holders were so narrow that cards didn't go in and out easily. My husband had to run sandpaper through the slot multiple times to finally get them working as intended. The other two were wide enough and easy to use!

Perfect! I liked the curved bracket idea, but I was afraid it would tip over easily. I have tried several ways and I can assure you that they are 100% tooltip safe. They're a little heavier than you think (in a good way). During field testing, I can confirm that 3 stacked standard playing cards fit easily into a slot, but 4 do not. This is great when you want to overlap your cards a bit, but not so much that a card can be turned over.

I originally bought Little Hands card holders for my 5 year old grandchildren but found that they did not allow for holding and viewing the many cards dealt in most children's card games. ("Go Fishing", "Old Maid", etc.). These large card holders sit securely on the table making it much easier for children to see all of their cards and providing much more space to easily place matching pairs/books of cards. The tension on these holders is too strong so you can't fold the cards well enough to hold more than a small hand; not enough for a canasta. I took some kitchen utensils and flattened the plastic to make it easier to fold. (You have to push hard and work bit by bit to open the gap.) And with two each, Mom and I can play canasta with them and hold quite a few cards. Since the two pieces are slotted I figured it would be easy to loosen the screw and open the gap, but it's not designed for that…

I play a lot of cards and board games with my young kids. They used to just lay their cards out in front of them when they needed to be hidden from prying eyes. When they were 4 years old this was normal but now that they are a bit older they show a sense of strategy when playing games and want to hide their cards. They fit well, are a comfortable weight, and allow a small child to have a large hand with cards visible to him but not to other players, greatly increasing interest in card games. Slot width varies between different holders in a set or even within the same holder. So I wouldn't use that for cards I treasure.
