Much more product than I expected.

My daughter has just started crocheting and this set was a great purchase. The thread is thinner but definitely great for crocheting small items like headbands, phone cases and bracelets. The colors are really beautiful. A good size scarf can also be made from one skein. Double ended knitting needles are also a great addition.

The first thing that struck me was that the package only contained 11 skeins, not 12. There is packaging for the 12th, so I don't know what happened there. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Apart from that, good point. The yarn is soft, not spiky, only the label states that the yarn is 100% acrylic, there is no weight and size (see label in photo). Fur at Best in Yarn

This yarn is cheap so I wasn't expecting anything incredible, but I started playing with amigurumi and didn't want to spend a fortune on yarn right away. The fact is that it is very difficult for a beginner knitter like me to work with this yarn. It's so loose and so soft that your stitches will most likely tear the yarn, and it's very stretchy, making it difficult to crochet things that keep their shape. Amigurumi Yarn Paradise!

I have ordered some amigurumi yarn color sets and it is good value for money. These are small skeins, but 50g skeins, while most of the multicolored skeins on Revain weigh HALF that size - 25g which is pretty much useless for a decent sized amigurumi project. These little rolls are perfect for small amigurumi dolls or granny squares.
