Innovation Dual WB EGO. Brilliant!

After 15+ years of using Innovate products and the only WB MTL series, this dual gauge should be the cat's meow for my latest V8 EFI setup.

Pros
  • Nicely packaged
Cons
  • I'll be silent

Mandatory for vehicles with North American engines

Great product, very easy to install. Calibration is easy. It shines very well in a dark interior. Perhaps the only downside is the length of the wires. More like 5 stars, no doubt.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Some imperfections

Quality control - oxygen

On 6th December 2017 one of the O2 sensors was purchased/installed when it failed/out of warranty. The previous AEM O2 sensor lasted much longer. The sensor lasted 8 months. Poor quality - the sensor still works perfectly. Bosch O2 sensor is $70!

Pros
  • Ideal for a small house
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Works well, very good setup help.

Works great except when the cooling fans are turned on and off the display shows the heater. I hooked the system up to the ignition while hot and I think the fans are dropping voltage which is causing the O2 sensor heaters to cool down. I will try to run the wire directly from alt.output. It seems to be sensitive to small voltage fluctuations. Broadband also works very well.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine

Very good A/F ratio monitor, instant response to A/F ratio changes

Very easy to install. I turned mine into a wearable device that I can use to tune multiple cars. Extremely sensitive, but if you choose to use a standard 1/4" thick O2 sensor connector, readings will be erratic with the included 1" thick connector. The only time I had an issue was when it didn't have a GOOD 12V connection, the bottom amp circuits were causing E9 codes. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about customizing vehicles with current data.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Useless features

Channel B through LC2 is not reading properly or at all. Technical support?

So the installation was pretty easy. Everything seemed to work as it should until the machine started. That's when I discovered that the B-channel going through the LC2 module was not working properly. Swapped everything in different ways to narrow down the problem. Looks like LC2 is not working properly. So my double AFR is actually an AFR. What about technical support? Does not exist. Update: Contacted Tech Support from AutoMeter who now own Innovate and they were great. It turns out that the

Must have for hotrods

Things I like, the price and readability of the display is great and it's all in one kit that has everything you need to get started. Do yourself a favor though, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS twice. Before you touch anything, there are a lot of things in the box. What I don't like is the wires on the wires are incredibly long, I installed them in the middle of the car in a long bed pickup and still had plenty of excess. The wire I had to deal with I had to pull under the dash along with its clumps…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Some little things

Good meter but not waterproof: Required LogWorks software is almost useless

This is a good meter but I give it a point because it's not waterproof and a point because it's part of a 'modular Systems" is ", which has serious flaws and a point for poor customer service. Waterproof: If you're using this in a closed car or a waterproof case on a bike, you're fine. But because the sensor has buttons that go through the front lens, it's not at all protected from dust or water, which I noticed when washing my bike with an open garden hose and the water got into the front lens

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Frequency
