If you're a pull hitter and can figure out how to get a good hit on the ball, get out and buy a credit card. I'm not a big fan of many tutorials, but my daughter's coach (played D1 and knows her s @ * # ) uses this tool a lot. Improved my son and daughter's kick.

This is a great tool to help your kids swing properly. This is very good for arm alignment and great for teaching them to keep their hands in front of the racquet before hitting the ball. The only problem I have is that the metal rod doesn't go all the way through the handle. My child was always strong for his age and he broke first. For the price I would have preferred a more durable product.

Purchased for the softball team to work on correct swing hand position. It seems to help. We use it with some high density foam softballs. It must take a long time. He even survived being hit by a lawn mower when we accidentally left him in the grass in the field. We found it hanging from a fence during our next workout and the only damage we noticed was a scratch on the rubber grip.

So, first of all, everyone wants their kid to have this in, blow out the front, cover the front shoulder, and swing in time. Unfortunately, this only encourages one of those things and spoils everything else. All you have to do is look at the position of your arm and shoulder when you're striking with this thing to see it doesn't do anything better. Maybe good for people who swing their elbows backwards, but otherwise not great.

We tried many different rocking machines. We tried the swing but it was tiring to set up and upset the kids. It seems silly, but it really helps keep your hands on the ball. Bought reluctantly after watching several videos on YouTube showing this training racquet in action.
