My RCA ground loop situation has been fixed!

I don't think there's much to say, he completely removed the ground loop I had! I personally left it in the same bundle it came in to save space. However, if you have electrical interference, then untangle it. In terms of sound quality, I know some will say that ground loop isolators affect sound quality, I don't hear that. This may be because the affected part of the signal is so small that the human ear can't hear it, but in layman's terms I can't hear any difference other than the obvious…

Worked well for me with noise filters

It worked as advertised. I did some research and was pretty sure I had a ground loop problem formed by the USB/HDMI/RCA jacks on the TV/stereo/computer combo. I discovered the problem with the RCA/HDMI connectors through trial and error while recording on my computer using a USB connection. As soon as I unplugged the RCA jack, my buzz/hum was gone. So I was hoping that this ground loop isolator would solve the problem. $8 and free two-day shipping and you're done! I haven't tested the quality…

Finally the ground loop works!

I've tried so many of these ground loop isolators. I had a radio shop version over twenty years ago that worked great but is no longer available. Yes, I tried the new version. The build quality wasn't the same, it was cheaper and smaller and just didn't work. I've also tried some of the other major retail brands but they only acted as transmitters and boosted the signal. I ended up trying this one because it was the most similar to the one I had at the radio store. Finally, I picked a winner…

Works well. suitable for cars and car electronics

This product works well. I have a (4) channel 1400w car audio amplifier and it had some noise from two front and two rear speakers. I bought one of these for the two front speakers to see if it would work and it removed most of the noise. So I bought another one for the two rear speakers and the noise was completely gone. The sound quality of my stereo does not seem to be affected. The only thing is that the input and output of the product are swapped/swapped. When connecting to your amp…

didn't work.: car electronics accessory

I have a non-original subwoofer (12" JL Audio) and a Rockford Fosgate 500 watt amplifier. I used a line out converter to convert the head speaker output to a factory RCA amp to get the new Rocksford amp to send signals to the subwoofer unfortunately my new aftermarket head unit was generating static on top of the audio I thought this ground loop isolator might solve the problem isolate the power- and signal cable and use this device I'm not entirely sure if it completely fixed the problem…

didn't work.: Amplifier installation

I have an aftermarket subwoofer (12" JL Audio) and a Rocksford Fosgate 500w amp. I used a line out converter to convert the speaker output from the main unit to the factory amp to RCA so the new Rocksford amp would send signals to the subwoofer. Unfortunately, my new aftermarket head unit produced static noise in addition to the sound. I thought maybe this ground loop isolator would solve the problem. I think this was the pinnacle of isolating the power and signal cables and using this unit I'm

Works as advertised

I had a buzz and thought my problem was caused by a ground loop. This was because my USB DAC's ground was about 30mV higher than my amp's ground (the DAC is connected to ground via the PC's USB port, while the amp is connected directly to ground via the IEC power cord) . Connecting the RCA cables from the DAC to the amp was connected to ground and caused a hum/hum loop since the two grounds were at different voltages. This ground loop isolator consists of a pair of transformers that allow the…

It worked perfectly with the generator squeaking

I installed a subwoofer, speakers in the doors and 2 amplifiers on my truck. I also installed a cheap 10.1 inch Android head unit. It sounded pretty good, but it made a horrible generator hum. This made it impossible to hear the system at low volumes. I didn't have high hopes for this $10 filter but figured it was cheap enough to try. Perfect. The amp now plays crystal clear, without hissing, howling or anything else. Just a nice dead quiet noise threshold. No noticeable impact on output or…

It works (BUT) with car electronics accessory

EDIT: I was too excited that he was gone AND with him about 70% of the signal. So now the sub is barely noticeable. I decided to put it next to the receiver and plug it into the same outlet. It's not there and the signal is 100%. The product allows the loop BUT it picks up too much signal and supports the sine so the subwoofer never goes into standby mode. I will search further! Solution. This product solved my ground loop problem. My home theater subwoofer started humming overnight. I called…
