I've used many switches over the years including two other DisplayPorts and I'm very happy with them. It's much more comfortable to use than the cheap DP switch it replaced and doesn't have the downsides of the expensive Belkin switch I bought and returned. Buy when you need it. It works exactly as intended and the declared properties are fully consistent with reality. Since this is a DisplayPort KVM, your experience should be better than expected, assuming every connected device works. I regret not upgrading my hardware a few years ago.
