Necessary update for older MBP models!

An absolute must for my old MacBook Pro (13 inch without case, mid-2009). Fan, speakers (work in progress), HD upgrade, etc. I'm too in love with my laptop to give up and this fan helped me a lot, no more noise, no more dust! Good product! I can't recommend it highly enough.

Pros
  • High-quality workmanship
Cons
  • too dull

Here's a pretty simple breakdown

Here's a pretty simple breakdown. The fan works. The build quality appears to be better than the original Apple designed fan that came with my mid 2009 MacBook Pro. After installing the fan, I noticed an unusual noise and was able to fix the problem by properly aligning the fan and tightening the adjacent screws. The fan was fantastic. However, after a very hard day's work that left my PC running hot for over 12 hours, the fan now makes an intermittent crunch, which frankly bothers me. The fan…

Perfect for 2011 13 " MBP A1278

Perfect for 2011 13" MBP A1278 Pro 13 inch. See the review there, I posted the pictures. This one fits perfectly. The screw holes match, the cable is just right. The fan is very quiet. I don't know in the long run. Reliability but at least it's a fist and I no longer hear the grinding noise of the original Apple fan which is already 7 years old.

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Everything OK

Great so far. Exact replacement

Excellent so far. Exact replacement. Very easy to install if you have the right tools. I bought the Revain OREA Toolkit. It had all the necessary tools. The fan connector removal tool made it very easy. This fan has more veins than the original. More air needs to be moved. The fan noise is gone. I have to run the computer longer to see if it stays cool. So far I can highly recommend it.

Meets all expectations, highly recommended.

I bought this for my early 2011 Macbook Pro. One day I heard a buzzing sound like something was spinning and obviously slowing down and burning. Having just replaced my HDD and SSD, I knew it had to be the fan. My laptop was noisy for a while and the fan would come on quite often (I use a lot of RAM and CPU intensive programs like Photoshop, Lightroom). and premiere). This fan fitted right where the old one was and connected to the motherboard with no issues. It took me longer to unscrew the…

Exactly what I needed.

Pretty much a mid 2010 unibody Macbook replacement. My other original failed and caused some damage to the computer. pixelate my screen. I should have fixed the problem much sooner, but I thought it was dust inside the computer. Hopefully it will last longer than the original and my computer will keep me happy for at least a year and a half. (started 1.5 years ago). EDIT: I bought this product 2 years ago and just bought a replacement. I worked at a steady 6000rpm almost every day for 2 years…

  • Something's wrong
