Finally something that works for RVs!

This has EXTREMELY improved the humidity conditions in our Class C motorhome. Highly recommended! We cleaned puddles of condensation off the dash and around the seats on a daily basis, and we had several large dehumidifiers and absorbers throughout the car, but that was key to helping us gain control. Excellent goods; would buy again!

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Not satisfied with everything

Does exactly what I was hoping for

Purchased for our 30ft RV after a moisture issue while camping in sub-zero temperatures. It makes a HUGE difference how much condensation we get on the windows and if we open the ceiling vents a bit at night the humidity drops to zero. It has worked 24/7 since we got it and will continue to work until we move to warmer climates.

Pros
  • This is amazing

  • Some little things

Amazing dehumidifier suitable for sports

This is an excellent unit. My only regret is that I didn't buy it for a long time. Currently used in a winter camper. Used desiccant pellets to absorb moisture in the winter and the season is wet and humid throughout the season. It has always been difficult to prevent the ingress of moisture. Dry Wave keeps the air in the motorhome very dry. I highly recommend this product. It is ideal for parking or storing RVs.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Best Money Spent! on Sports

I bought this dehumidifier a few months ago to use for storing my caravan. It's been a pretty wet and cold year so I checked in yesterday to see how things were going. Dryer works great, everything is clean and dry! As if there were no winter. This is a new trailer for me so I was very concerned it might get damaged during the long winter months. Not so! I couldn't be happier and would have no hesitation in recommending this product!

  • Absolute Legend

Use it in my van in Portland.

The DryWave 1000 dehumidifier works as advertised. I have read all the reviews on many moisture reducing products. I live permanently in my Airstream RV in Portland, Oregon. This winter has been particularly wet, even for Portland. I have three wet corners in my apartment. DryWave has done an excellent job of removing moisture. It is very light and easy to move. The footprint is a little large for my tiny living space, but it's worth it so everything dries! Nothing to empty or spill! And very…

Fifth wheel parked in a high humidity area of the Pacific Northwest

Installed and great results within 24 hours. I parked a fifth wheel at an RV park in the Pacific Northwest and I never use it enough. When I can't use it, I worry about the high humidity in the place where it's parked. Checked yesterday, outside humidity was 99, 5th wheel was 80. I installed two DryWaves and within 24 hours the inside humidity was down to 50. Seems to be working great, hope to check it out in a few days. weeks to see how they are doing. I will add more comments later.

Expected more! for sports

I have to say I was looking forward to it! I bought 2 and figured I could use 1 in my 7x7 barn and the other in my basement <400m². ft. Find out I need BOTH for a 7x7 coop and the humidity is still 64-70%, and that's with 2-4.5 buckets of Damp Rid and a bag of charcoal! I live in the Seattle area and the barn is brand new (hasn't even moved until I checked the humidity). I've been wanting to buy a few more for my garage but I think I'll switch to a different type of moisture management that…

Does what it's supposed to do

I read a few reviews before purchasing and think most of the negative reviews are from people who don't understand the difference between humidity and relative humidity. One reviewer actually thought he had been scammed into believing he had received an empty plastic sleeve. Although I can understand why. It's just a small heating element in a big plastic case. I think the manufacturer's description is misleading. It's not a dryer. It does not "dry" and does not pull moisture from the air. It…
