One-handed, trigger less release is twice as easy to open as the traditional design. Constructed of high-grade heat-treated alloy steel. ProTouch grip provides maximum torque with greater comfort and less hand fatigue, and is slip resistant. Adjust pressure and work fit with turn screw that stays adjusted for repetitive use. Curved jaw is great for securely gripping and torqueing multiple surfaces shapes, such as round pipe, square and hex fasteners and much more.

No toolbox is complete without them.

A great tool that I want to get much sooner. Good grip and can be operated with one hand. Even though I don't need the larger ones right now, I might get one before I find the cause, just in case.

Pros
  • Triggerless one-handed trigger is twice as easy to open than conventional designs. Manufactured from high quality heat treated alloy steel.

i need a bigger mouth

I wish the neck was a bit wider, but that's not the fault of the product or the manufacturer. To be honest; The mouth is wide enough according to the length of the handle. Just personally I'm looking for "big mouth" (because we're not talking about "significant friend"! haha)

This is not a clamp pliers. I pulled her up.

This is not a pincer. I tightened them and clamped them piece by piece onto the pirogues. After a severe clamp they can still move quite freely due to the way the locking/unlocking mechanism works. Judging by their appearance, they can work on pipes, but they are not attached to an object with two parallel surfaces.

This old design is better than the new

I bought a pair of these pliers originally from Lowes and they worked so incredibly well that I wanted to buy a second pair. Lowes stopped wearing them, so I ordered a second pair from Revain. I have 8 different designs of Vise Grip pliers and they are by far the most effective when you need a very strong grip. The NEW version does not have the blue rubber pads on both grips, which I feel greatly increases the grip strength offered by this OLD design. Draft!
