The ability to upload pictures of the dogs we are grooming. The ability to add a description of the dog, and the ability to send out an email to the owner. I love how easy it was for me as an owner of multiple dogs at once! It's very user friendly because everything can be found in one place which makes life easier when training my own staff members who are new into this profession (and not computer savvy). I like how easy it is to use and also how much info it gives me about my dogs. It's not as user friendly as I would hope for. There are some things that could be improved but overall it does what I need it to do. The only thing i dislike about using this system are some glitches in their database but they have been working hard at fixing those issues over time so hopefully things will get better soon.
