Excellent end mills for milling Accessory

for cutting alum on my CNC so far they have worked flawlessly no complaints the price is excellent I'm tired of spending so much on bits. If you're not cutting 8 hours a day, save a few bucks, check them out to learn more about this brand's other offerings. Recommended! very important!

Pros
  • Milling Accessory
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

I use them for milling circuit boards

These are exceptionally fragile cutting tools - you must be very careful with feed and speed; otherwise you will break them right and left. But when used properly, they can be very effective. I use them for routing PCB prototypes - they're a bit big for many projects, but great to get started. I would be very careful using them in tougher materials like steel, aluminum and even wood. Cutting forces can build up on you, and these little bits are not forgiving of overload. But when used properly,

This is a set of 5 identical professional quality CNC cutting tools, individually packaged and made from solid Tungsten Carbide (TC) with 3 /4" double flutes and 1/4" square flat head. The overall length of the bit is 2.5" CNC routers are designed for steel and have a titanium nitride (TiN) finish to increase heat resistance and reduce wear to reduce. I found that I could use this for plunge cutting with my router, but it's actually designed for cutting metal on a standard CNC machine, not for…

Comfortable end mills at a good price

Judging from the photos I wasn't sure how long these end mills were. Luckily they are not as long as I thought. I needed a small end mill that wouldn't drift when drilling a hole in a piece of metal that I need to reprofiling. These end mills are excellent for this purpose. If you are looking for small end mills at an affordable price, look no further.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

cuts well and stays sharp

They are very sharp and cut very cleanly. Cuts mild steel with no problem. Cut stainless steel with ease, and while not ideal for that, I've used them on aluminum as well because they were the right size and already in the spindle. The cuts in the aluminum were as clean and beautiful as anything else. Haven't tried it in hardened 4140 or 4340 yet but I expect the same results. The cutting of steel was done with coolant and the aluminum was treated with dry air to remove the chips. I will buy…

3/4" long double cutting flutes and 1/4" square flat head. The overall length of the bit is 2.5". Increase heat resistance and reduce wear. I found I could use this for plunge cutting with my router, but it's actually designed for commercial CNC metal cutting, not wood. It's very sharp and well made. This is a solid set. The TC bit can be seen in Figure 2. The protective tubes are not marked. I'll write on it with a marker to add to my bits so I can process Steel b when I get the gear for it…
