Protective Window Air Conditioner Cover Small, with Full Bottom Coverage - JEACENT Review

I have a hard time justifying, is this a Jeacent brand or just a fake from China? The case came in a plastic bag with no contents. There is no branding on the product and straps. It's not a well known brand as far as I know and a plastic bag with straps will do the same.

In use for almost two months. So far it has weathered three snowstorms (one in the Northeast), numerous downpours, ice storms and many, many days of double-digit and single-digit temperatures. I was concerned the straps might hold the lid after reading a few reviews but they worked fine. Contrary to the product photo, I made sure the strap closest to the wall is about 1 inch from the edge of the case so the strong wind we're feeling here doesn't get underneath and lift it up.

This case has nice right angles, I was able to pull it nice and clean around the air conditioner from the outside, and the straps have an elastic component and plastic clips that look like they are holding it in place. . Easily adjustable and once in place they don't seem to slip. Strong, heavyweight material that folds easily when wrapped around the device. The size was perfect, which gave me a few extra inches to work with. The seams are stitched and look durable. Wow, I am just blown away by this air conditioner cover. Sure, it costs $20, or nearly three times the price of a basic $7-10 cheap plastic/nylon air conditioner sheet (e.g. from Frost King), but this material is much stronger and more aesthetically pleasing than the "Gray" alternative ". or plastic. This AC cap has performed better than any I have used in the last 20 years. I thought I had ordered a fleece lined case and was quite disappointed to find that it was only a fairly thin waterproof fabric. I had a good one with a thick fleece lining covering 3 sides.
