Great alternative & replacement option from previous Excel spreadsheet method

I like that it provides easy access to my reports, along with all of our other software applications through one platform - also providing an integrated CRM solution for both accounts receivable/payable as well as customer service departments within companies we work in is another huge plus! The ease at which data can be inputted into multiple fields makes this system very beneficial when trying different formulas and methods for calculating values. A minor issue regarding time zone differences

Great way and easy tool set tracking info

I like how simple this system is to use, especially because it's made for small business owners who don't have enough IT departments in their companies! Also makes sure my data isn’t being hacked into by others when using third party websites that can be used during our meetings/conventions etc., which was an issue before we moved over fully onto TrackedJIDO services!! Would love if there were other features added - but as of now they are very limited options compared even though you pay more…

  • I like how easy it is to use and how helpful it is to keep track of business related information
Cons
  • I don't like how limited the options are for editing/changing the system, as it would be nice to be able to make more changes and customize the program to our needs instead of just using the basic program

Amazing Customer Service With Exceptional Reporting

The ease of use, in addition to the excellent reporting system that allows for multiple users, is something I love about JIDO TRACKER. There is nothing more convenient than having all your fleet details in one place. My organization has been using JIDO TRACKER now for over two years. I have never had any problems whatsoever, they are always available if you need them. The customer service could not be better as well! We are looking forward to continue working with JIDO TRACKER!
