Rated for 1.5A. At 0.4A 14.5V to 3.5V, the heatsink will get too hot to touch. I had to use silicone hot glue to attach the heatsink to the LM317. The screws holding the heatsink are loose on all the ones I've received. The potentiometer isn't that great. It changes tension depending on how hard you push it. Generally not impressed. Looking for the best solution.

Transition from 24V to 12V. When I use 1 relay and LED everything was fine, but when multiple relays and LEDs were driven max 430mA I had problems.
