I put this on a '96 XJ. It is imperative that your Jeep does not look like a stink bug after adding the bumper and winch. Installation was easy and fairly straightforward. If you're lucky, you'll have to unscrew fender flares. Mine were welded. slightly cut,

Very high quality, easy installation, great looks, height adjustment is easy. I'm very happy and excited with how my Jeep looks now and I'm so glad I replaced the PE seals, they never fit. I would highly recommend these ACOS if you can afford them.

Perfect lift to level my Jeep when I added a 128lb winch, great for keeping the lift level if you have loose springs. Installation was easy, the whole job took about 3 hours, spring compression takes the longest, don't forget to use anti-seize paste. hope this helps you won't be disappointed by anything jks.

It was just what I needed. After installing the winch bumper on my 1991 lifted XJ, the front end sagged about 1.5 inches. This allowed me to slightly raise the front of the body. Installed with no problems. The hardest part of the installation was cutting off the welded fenders (applies to some XJ models only). The cutting disc made the job easier. The finished product looks good and is functional.

Dislikes: My 98 XJ setup required cutting the fender bracket off (throw away my working extended fender), sanding flush and tapping the washer (10mm*1.5). Liked: Looks and functionality. This, along with the adjustable Core4x4 back braces, allows for alignment to my liking. 2 Stars: Now I have to spend a lot more for a working ACOS compatible fender. It would be great if someone made one that didn't need to be cut and just used a longer collar stay and fender/stud as they are already needed for
