Well-made tools in the "Hand Tools " section

Small Torx T-head screwdrivers are well made, although the handles are slightly smaller than Stihl's. They also have Torx on the side of the handle where it might be needed for access, clearance or torque. I have never been disappointed with Klein's instrument.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Doubtful

Better than a screwdriver

I'm not sure you can tighten this thing, so the one that comes out the side of the handle is pretty much useless. You can never use the entire lever without breaking the tool or removing the bolt head. But it works better than the screwdriver style, so I'm happy with that.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Handy tool for loosening T-bolts

I bought this specifically to take the oven door apart. It did the job well. I can't confirm its durability as the torque on the bolts I loosened wasn't a very big test. But he did a good job of weakening them. When they loosened up I switched to a cordless drill. This thing is a cheap and handy tool to have at your disposal. I recommend.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • weak

Built to last

It has two t27s, one on the handle and one on the 6" end and the price is great, the Kline is a very expensive tool. Very expensive. My electrician son said all of his tools cost over $5,000. It's better than Sears products. Any electronics store will tell you I have a really good deal, go see an electronics store yourself, I'm glad.

Pros
  • Few competitors

Klein quality is the best among hand tools

What can I say, this is a Klein tool. I wanted to make my work with my Stihl power tools a little easier with this. The short torx on the handle is good. The Stihl factory tools that come with the chainsaw, chainsaw, blower, and power tool combo are good but can be cumbersome to use. My Stihl tools don't require much maintenance, but I like to take them apart to clean and oil them.

Pros
  • Wrench
Cons
  • Weight

not the best for ford 5.4 3v

many of these are bought by people who make VCT solenoids for ford 5.4. I found that on the driver's side it would be nice if the tool was 4 inches longer. At its current height it hit the power steering reservoir mount to the point where I had to sand down part of the handle. But this was not enough. It's not the tool itself, it's just not made for this application.

Pros
  • hex key
Cons
  • there are errors

the seal was removed from the handle

I was surprised when I opened the box and removed the stickers that were all over the tool that immediately there was white KLEIN and T27 lettering on the top turned off!? If Klein fell into a Chinese trap, it can't be, dammit. I've been using Klein for years and they are, or rather, the industry standard in quality made in the USA. Great tools. Let's see how it holds up in this strict salesman's life, I'll get back to you. Used for assembly, repair of Stihl saws.

Pros
  • tools and household goods
Cons
  • there is nothing here

Great tool for T27 fasteners.

I bought this tool primarily to work with Stihl chainsaws that have T27 bolts in their bodies, some of which are recessed or otherwise positioned so that they are difficult to reach or apply sufficient torque torque with standard L-shaped screwdrivers. The long shaft provides access to the recessed fasteners, and the plastic handle allows for a comfortable application of a small amount of torque. The tool feels solid, the grip is comfortable, and the ends of the bits fit snugly in theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Power and Hand Tools
Cons
  • So far so good
