JUGS Lite-Flite Feeder exactly as described

Works as advertised. Easy to assemble, add accessories and disassemble. I like the cruise control. The yellow Lite Flite balls and white Poly balls work great when the ball is set up correctly. It's just that the white poly balls aren't as accurate and reliable when used for field practice at regulated intervals or on gusty, windy days (but they work great for close-quarters practice). But the yellow Lite Flite balls work great at the recommended serve distance and adjusted serve speed for my 9

A good article for those who don't want to break windows.

I love this product. We use the second year and have no problems with it. However, for a strong and accurate throw, it is necessary to use slightly flying balls. That's the only downside to this item, but it's a lot cheaper than machines that throw real baseballs and softballs - half the price, in fact. You can buy a battery to use at the park or plug in an extension cord if there is enough power nearby. We didn't try the battery, we just use an extension cord. It's a nice item too - a bit…

I highly recommend getting a battery as you don't always have one.

I coach the U8 baseball team and was looking for a reliable but not too expensive machine. I was a little reluctant to buy this model because you have to use lite-flite balls, but it turned out to be perfect for several reasons: 1). Children who jumped out of the batter's box, even when it was a hit, became less anxious, could identify the hit that was hitting the plate, and began batting in games, much to their parents' surprise. 2). Safety - I was able to practice hitting more effectively…

I bought this for my 6 year old daughter who really wanted to get better at softball. I did a lot of research on other products/systems as I didn't want to spend a lot but also wanted something that would last if she continued to care about softball. It was also difficult to give her enough practice time in team training etc. Construction: This is and looks like a Jugs machine. The construction is strong with no corners cut off - this thing will last for years to come! The engine is powerful…

Well built, easy to use, light enough to carry and incredibly versatile

Ordered this for my 8 year old AAA player who wanted to work on both hitting and playing. He's primarily a catcher, so he wanted to practice catching and blocking as well. It was exactly what he wanted. He and I did diligent research and compiled feature lists for many different models. We both agreed that this car seemed too cool, and we weren't wrong. He is in love with his pitching machine and was able to build it himself. It's light enough to carry to and from our garage, and it was easy to
