You can't rely on them.

Used to color code 3 puppies. During the night, 2 managed to remove the collar. Not on the head. You were safe. "Velcro" or whatever it is, it just doesn't hold up well.

Please use lighter colors

Darlene gave birth to her first litter of 10 little Basset Hound puppies, it was great. After naming them all, I've only kept up with all 10 in terms of colors and names. Big

A must for a new litter of puppies.

Since most puppies (at first) look the same, it was a lifesaver to keep track of which pup went to which forever home. They are easy to adjust as the puppies get older.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Requires an electrical outlet

Great collars for newborn puppies

Last week my labrador had a litter of 10 puppies of which 7 were black. I needed a way to tell them apart and these collars did the job. They could be trimmed and adjusted every few days as the puppies grew. I was worried that the velcro would stick together when the puppies lay on top of each other, but that didn't happen and the velcro held up very well, keeping all the velcro in place. I highly recommend them for any type of newborn pet!

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Too spiky to use as kids bracelets

I actually bought these for my son who loves to wear bracelets. It was a hopeful alternative to the bracelets he got at children's parties/fairs, carnivals etc and he literally wore them until they fell off. He loves the bracelets because they really stay on him, but I needed something removable that could be washed because the carnival bracelets would get so dirty and smelly that the only way to remove them was by cutting them. Not suitable for us as they are very prickly and too sticky. So if
