🏒 K2 Skate Men's F.I.T. BOA Ice Skate Black: Advanced Performance and Style Review

I literally want the BOA closure system on all my shoes. I've had them for 3 years now and no signs of wear. convenient and safe. Straps at convenient locations for tensioning/removal. I'm not a professional skater but I love them because I don't have any problems.

This is the second pair I am returning. This product has so much potential! The innovative lacing system is great. if it works. I've had a BOA system crash/break twice. The first pair... The leasing system did not release a page. Oh what fun it is to film this!

fit is excellent, very comfortable. It has been a little over a year since I had the opportunity to wear them on the ice (1 week after the warranty expired). When I first used them, the BOA system didn't work on the left skate, the right one works fine. I emailed K2 and never received a reply. Avoid the brand and BOA. look elsewhere

On the fifth time (1 hour session) these skates will see ice, the BOA system will break when tightened. They weren't even tightened and they failed. This is how I got 4 hours out of some pretty expensive skates. The turning knob cut the shaft with little effort. I'm not sure if this is a quality control issue or just a general bug. I will keep everyone updated on the customer service experience.

I found the skates very comfortable to try on. Much more comfortable than my hockey skates. I rate them a 5 for the comfort and the BOA lacing system which is very easy to use. However, I have not ridden with them, so this review is limited in scope. The size is small. I wear shoe size 9 to 9.5 US. I ordered K2 skates in size 9.5. They were too small, my right toe was on the front of the skate, and in general the skate was too tight on all sides. I returned these skates in a size 10.

These are quite innovative recreational skates at a great price. Wonderful comfort. Light. Very easy to put on and take off without laces. Excellent fast delivery and service. This is my first pair of skates. I used to borrow them whenever I went ice skating a few times. I should try them out someday. I have to say they felt great! Really comfortable. I bought these particular skates because of the FIT BOA lacing system. My wife has the same system on Reebok skates and I thought it was great. The lacing wire on her skates is made of metal.
