🔧 Kawasaki 15004-0827 Carburetor Replacement: Karbay Carb - Compatible with FR600V & FS600V Review

A youtube video showed a man rebuilding a carburetor. Requires special tools and additional steps to install needle and seat. I checked out a rebuild kit on Revain and it was $20. Scroll down a bit and wow. A new carburetor was ONLY $39. Much easier than building new.

Firstly this solved my engine over voltage problem on a Kawasaki FR600V engine on a Toro SS4235 mower. The price was great and I really liked the included fuel shut off valve and cleaners. I rated this one star because my carburetor came with a fuel filter and not a hose as shown in the picture. But overall I am very happy with this product!

I ordered this carburetor for my old Kawasaki FR600V Toro zero turn mower. Replacement was easy, everything needed was in the box. I even added the fuel shutoff valve to the system. Also included were new gaskets and clamps. I was surprised that there was a new fuel filter in the box. My mower didn't run before, but now it purrs like a kitten. I definitely recommend this product!

This Fixed My Mower! My Toro zero turn lawn mower and Kawasaki FR600V had issues with surges while running. I removed the original carburetor, disassembled it and soaked all the components in carburetor cleaner overnight. I fed the wire through all the openings, cleaned the nozzles and blew all the parts dry with compressed air. I replaced all the gaskets and reassembled everything and the mower was still buzzing.
