Great cleaner. Cleans perfectly after cat hairballs. 5 stars for that. BUT THE PACKAGING FOR SHIPPING IS TERRIBLE! As you can see it leaked everywhere! "Protective Tape" was of no use. All it did was sticky all the bottles with wet tape residue. The blue from the tape was all over the place so we had to clean all the bottles and then put some foil on the shelf where we keep it so it doesn't ruin the white paint. This product is AMAZING. The *deep* urine stains are gone from our carpet and the smell is gone. You should use a lot if it's a big stain. The bottle says all you have to do is pour and steep, and that's true. I'm glad I ordered 2 packs so I didn't have to re-order right away. I've also used this to clear up feces and vomit (we have an epileptic dog) and it works great for her too.
