I must have been distracted by my excitement about color and didn't realize it's not a sticky foil at all. I hope I wrapped it tight enough to stay. Used to replace torn stroller handles. Comes with caps for bike grips and small strips of PVC tape. I assume the tape holding the foam strip in place will need to be replaced first and sooner rather than later. Again no glue just a light colored styrofoam strip which worked for my project.

Warning to buyers of this product. These handlebar tapes are non-adhesive. They don't stick to your bike's handlebars by simply placing them on the handlebars. There is another method, IMO more difficult, to successfully place these wraps. The silver grommets on the ends of the handlebars that come with this product are key to holding the handlebar sleeves in place and are actually silver colored plastic and are very prone to peeling and breaking.

First impression: they look neat, the foam is not cheap. The foam isn't quite flat, 1/3 in the middle, but the sides taper to about half the thickness, giving it the shape of a very flat trapezoid. They come with 2 glossy end caps and 2 strips of matte black tape, presumably for finishing. Installation: This was my first time wrapping a handlebar, so bear with me. They're a bit stretched.
