I love these pans. This is great value. We've been using it for 2 months, no complaints. Interchangeable transparent glass lids with steam valve. Frying pans are heavy, non-stick, good quality. Love the vibrant shades of blue. Also included is a black pot set, a steamer basket and a colander perfect for the pan and roaster. I'm talking great value, great detail. So glad to have them after my old one was over 25, they are so easy to clean! How to basically wipe! I like it! Definitely recommend.!

Okay, let me start by saying that I don't usually write reviews because I usually buy low quality products. But guess which guys and gals are NOT this time! I am VERY happy to say these are the best pots and pans I have ever owned. We only use plastic scuffs but there are no scratches, chips or marks on it yet. I even cooked bacon on it yesterday and it wiped off immediately as if nothing had ever been cooked on it. They are dishwasher safe and even suitable for ceramic floors as I have dropped

The pots and pans arrived today and I was dying to use them on the first day but to my surprise it wasn't the copper color I ordered but black. I was disappointed that I received the wrong color but thought it was ok, let me try them and see how they work. So I cleaned and seasoned them according to the instructions and used them on low heat to fry the egg and fry them using the utensils sent to me. The utensil melted in oil and ruined my food when used for deep frying and also for frying eggs.

I'm so disappointed the set is beautiful but the finish sucks. It had 3 small spots that looked defective (like a pinhead sized blister in the paint) when I scratched one spot with my fingernail the paint scratched immediately leaving a long strip of missing paint. Then, after cooking once in the pan, another stain started peeling off, causing an extra large scratch from the missing paint.
