OK. I use them to cover the top line on my arm. The picc line, for those who don't know, is two tubes dangling from my arm to take my chemo. I could wear long-sleeved shirts, but it's hot in the summer here in Texas. They work great

I received these UV resistant cases exactly as stated on the bill of sale. I have no complaints. I will tell everyone that wearing these sleeves for long periods of time can be a bit uncomfortable. I use them when I work outdoors to protect my hands from the harmful effects of the sun. They fit snug and when you sweat a little they start pinching and binding. Oh my god I can't even believe how cool they make my hands! I bought them to cover up my tattooed sleeves at work, to wear with blazers and 3/4 length blouses. My job recently changed the requirements for anyone wearing long sleeves. This is Florida, no one in Florida wants to wear long sleeve shirts, not in the summer. This is a great product for the price. Great fit and reasonably good construction. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that two of the sleeves had creases on parts of the sleeve after my first use (the fabric was pulled into tiny knots). It doesn't hurt fit or performance and it doesn't look terribly bad, but everyone is different and might not like the way it looks. Also, maybe all sleeves of this type will do this at some point. I feel like I hit the jackpot! They are so comfortable and feel really cool and refreshing. I wore them in 80 degree heat and they were fine. The Ekistian top band tended to slide down a bit, but not enough to be bothersome. I prefer a slightly looser fit so this was a minor issue. I like these. It's not compression, which is great for me. I'm old and sometimes feel cold on my arms and they are perfect with short sleeves when I'm cold or when I'm in the sun. I also get scratches from my dog and this keeps him from getting more scratches on my forearms. I'm old, and even a slightly rough case leaves these blood red stains on my forearms (although my dog's nails are professionally filed with a Dremel). I sometimes use them at night because my hands are not under the covers.

Of the various brands I've tried, KMMIN armbands are definitely the softest and most comfortable. The biggest problem, however, is that even with slight movement when walking slowly, the sleeves keep rolling up. I pull them all the way up like I would any other sleeve, but the band at the top around the shoulder doesn't seem to have enough elasticity.
