Amazing/Excellent

I have never owned a pair of pliers with this design which makes it extra easy to work in tight spots. They were meant to describe and show how this design is superior to others - I wish I had tried them before.

Pros
  • Excellent Overall
Cons
  • No

Ideally though. for pliers

It's grungy like some cheap water pumps when you adjust it you can fill every little movement instead of a smooth movement which is smooth as it's almost a rough metal texture like one Microjet processing. Overall, the function of the tool is amazing.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • High price

Hand and power tools that are worth every penny

I will always be a loyal Knipex fan. This thing was jamming and loosening a broken screw, almost headless. Saved me a lot of time and frustration on this one job. Their precision cutters and side cutters are just as good. I don't think they know how to make a bad product.

Pros
  • Impressive

Knipex 10 " Alligator Pliers

Main use for black gas pipe for HVAC furnaces. I used to smack my knuckles EVERY time I whistled something because of slipping teeth, but with these nasty ones Guys here I haven't slipped off anything I've grabbed with these pliers yet The teeth and shape of the jaws are ideal for easily gripping round or flat edges My knuckles Thanks Knipex!

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Good, but not the best

Best Duct Pliers

I love these things. As plumbers, they are way better than the regular blue brands. They bite well into any shape; Hexagonal, round, square, flat, etc. The design of the teeth also grips and bites, so you can strive to rotate the item instead of squeezing it to keep the jaws from slipping. These sponges do not slip even on a round workpiece. Knipex also makes Cobra pliers which are basically the same but I prefer them because they are quicker to adjust.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Replaces much heavier wrenches

I have incorporated these into my plumbing work, the quality of the metal allows Knipex to use much lighter castings, the jaw opening allows me to grip 3" pipe securely and that Hinge design and the quality of the teeth allow me to get a firm grip with almost no hand strength. I was able to pre-install a few different keys and got about £10 out of my install bag. I would happily buy them again. Knipex are expensive, but they become my tool again and again when I put one in my bag.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Appearance

"NO, I do NOT have canal locks, but I do have Knipex.

Industrial Mechanic. I use them more than any other tool, every day (at least 6 days a week). Penny has been my favorite pistol for many years. Best pliers ever (and best size, but don't go for a 5" unless you want an expensive chuck) Whether you love the alligator style or the cobra style, don't accept substitutes, be it Irwin or Milwaukee or even Channel blocking Nothing (not even big copycat brands like Channellock's "Griplock" line) are incredibly tough in comparison, so they bite deep into

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Some Cons

Just Right best in Hand Tools

I bought this wrench to replace a 10" pipe wrench that was very heavy in my small tool box. Nice choice. Excellent grip on the piece you grab with the sponges. The narrower width of the jaws means I can get into tighter spaces. open a little, slide and then close again. Tried a few push button locks at the store and didn't really like them. Definitely worth the money.

Pros
  • Box Joint Design: High Stability with Dual Rail
Cons
  • Functionality

These pliers quickly replace other pliers and wrenches in my tool bag. I've been using them more and more since I've had them. These tongs withstood everything I threw at them. When you take them, you can feel the quality. You can get cheaper pliers and still get the job done, but if you have a little more in your budget you'll be very happy with this. I can only speak for myself, but I wish I had received them sooner.

Pros
  • Good access to the workpiece thanks to the small head and spigot
Cons
  • Long delivery time
