Excellent needle but stuck with a broken one.

I like the needle, but after knitting 1 pair of socks the point of the needle detaches from the cable. I'm slowly knitting socks and working on other projects. The return period has expired and the needle manufacturer Knitters Pride is doing nothing because Revain is not an authorized dealer.

The best needles!

These needles are VERY good and match the excellent descriptions I have heard of them. I like the way the yarn flows smoothly from needle to needle as you stitch, but once the stitches are on the needles they don't slip off as easily. I sometimes have this problem knitting with metal needles, but the way they are made makes it easy to knit without worrying about the stitches falling off. Karbonz are great needles but perhaps best suited to larger needles

In general these Karbonz are really great needles. The only downside I've found - and it's a pretty minor one - is that there's a slight snag where the metal grommets meet the carbon fiber body. It's not immediately visible to your fingertips when you feel it. however, fine yarn can get caught when working with these needles. Given that I bought US 1 (2.25mm) needles to knit fine yarn in a dense pattern, this is a minor downside - you just have to be a little more careful of the tension to…
