Hoping to save the overzealous 🐓 Bought with hope. Apparently this is for a big chicken. So cut that bad boy in half. and then some. Shili and wake up funny watching them but they will find out soon. These collars are basically Velcro.

is there zero stars? Didn't work at all and didn't even fit when there were tails! The Velcro on one was so thin it barely stuck. Don't waste your money or your hopes/expectations. I always try to find the good in things, but I can't say anything good.

In general I was not satisfied with the product. I literally watched as the other chickens helped the rooster remove the collar. The only good thing was that putting the collar on seemed to teach my rooster that constant crowing is bad, so he now restricted it to the morning hours. I would not buy again.

The collar was a bit big so I had to redo it but it works really great! It took me a few tries to get the right position and tension. I placed it under the feathers near the base of the neck, leaving enough room for my pinky to get through. If your rooster is still crowing pretty loudly, you might need to tweak a few things, but I'd say it reduces the noise by a good 50%. At some point even dragged him. I took a video but it actually appears to be louder than it actually is and I'm 3ft away…
