I bought this memory because it was a replacement for an existing Dell memory in the machine that I didn't want to get rid of yet. This allowed the old laptop to be given new life before I decided to upgrade to accommodate my youngest son's portable laptop needs. I don't choose the fastest, but the one that matches the processor bus speed. They had a very competitive price and also delivered 5 days early. For those who had problems, you can make sure that the bus speed is supported by your computer. RAM arrived quickly and was very easy to install in my mid 2007 iMac. Now my computer works like new and I can run the latest macOS! It's like having a new computer! I can finally sync my new iPhone! It launches applications and does a lot of new things that I didn't even know existed. all because of really cheap RAM. I am happy about the purchase!
