Experience Traction and Safety with KONIG EASY-FIT CU-9 102 Snow Chains - Set of 2 Review

My use is perhaps a little different than most: I have a half mile uphill climb that is almost impossible to climb in the winter without chains - even with 4WD. These chains went very easily, but after the wheels spun on the way up the hill, they both flew off the tires. Maybe the Thule website told me I got the wrong size? I returned them and went back to Thule CS-10 chains, which have worked very well for me in the past and are still quite quick and easy to engage and disengage.

My first set of Thule CU-9 snow chains lasted just over two winters with occasional use. I'm on my 2nd set of the 2nd winter now on the same car. I like these snow chains because they are quick to put on and quick to take off. However, fitting these chains can be difficult when the tires are loaded with snow and the snow is deep. Finally time for my review. First of all I have to say that I am a grandmother of two boys. We just moved from the beach to the mountains.
