Definitely one of the best racks out there. Works great, 5 stars: Sturdy construction, holds bike well in place, good rear clearance for folded bumper and tailgate when folded (with bikes mounted), built in locks, easy wheel clips/mounts, cosmetics, Trail Doc is cool. Minus 1 star for: no hitch cam handle pad/protection (can be easily dragged down the road when reversing); The rack release/tilt lever is good, but HARD to get with the bikes mounted, especially. 4 bikes. I received the base stand, this extension, assembly stand, HiLo (extension) and clutch lock. This is good stuff. I wanted a Sherpa, but my wife also wanted to transport her friends' bikes.
