🚲 Kuat Access Bike Ramp for NV 2.0 Family Black: Easy Bike Loading Solution Review

We have two Pedego Boomerangs, each weighing over 50 pounds with no battery. This ramp makes it a lot easier to load these heavy beasts, even at a steep shooting angle.

Necessary screws were missing, forcing me to go to the hardware store to buy replacements. The assembly instructions were also hopeless. I even had a professional handyman back then and he couldn't figure them out either.

I bought a ramp to load my e-bike onto the NV 2 roof rack. The instructions were very easy and I'm 60 so if I can, anyone can. The ramp is adjustable, I didn't have a photo. The ramp is easy. Once loaded it fits easily in the back seat of my Subaru Forrester. The ramp comes with 2 end fittings. Suggest using a wrench to hold Alan's wrench to loosen the bolts.

The ramp worked well but it would have been nice to have an additional smaller ramp to fit the front wheel in the wheel cup holder. You have to push really hard to get over the edge of the front stay. Both ends of the rack were exposed and scratched in the box, but the seller gave me a discount. Seems a bit expensive. It would be great if Kuat included the ramp along with the rack. The bottom line of the ramp works well.
