Hanged it up in my basement and attached the bottom to a large drywall bucket. I don't use it heavily, only train on it once a week and with a heavy bag, but I can't get past this item without getting a few hits when I pass. It is so much fun. It took me a while to get used to it as this is my first double ended bag. I really like this bag. Definitely worth the money. You can carry this bag with bare hands for short periods of time, but I use MMA gloves for training.

The bungee cords are not adjustable on this model (my fault) so when installed in my garage they were the wrong height for me. Too low.
