The picture is NOT CORRECT!

I was afraid to order this part, the picture on Amazon did NOT match the description. I read the reviews and saw that others ordered and received the correct part. Delivery was fast (a day early) and fit perfectly.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Runs on a 2000 series stepper motor assembly

Avoid mechanical deviations as the installation required removing the stepper motor assembly from the bus entirely. Keep an eye on your settings when reinstalling as the new parts make the steps much stiffer and tend to stick in the open position. There are cam bolts for the stoppers that when you adjust them take the pressure off to prevent sticking.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Almost never

Ideal! The trailer said it wouldn't work, but it did!

I have a 99 Winnebago. The "A" lever/lever broke and I searched across the board for a replacement. cost $355 or $550 new tier + I found this point in my research and took the risk. I'm glad I did. Took 15 minutes to replace (pictures show old broken link and new installed and working link)

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • working speed

NOT AS SHOWN ON AMAZON

Linkage shown on Revain does not match part number. Make sure you look for an elbow shaped joint with "grooves" or "lines" in it. Check with other sources. Worked great for us. After looking at several blog posts and RV forums we determined that this was the part number we needed to repair our Kwikee steps despite the picture shown. This is for an older Kwikees model (2000-2006 or so I think). We have class A 2004.

Pros
  • Pleasing
Cons
  • Reliability

Detail 7A curved and ribbed section. The picture on the website is incorrect

This part is a Type 7A lever assembly with a ribbed and curved lever. It was perfect but two mounting screws broke so I had to replace the fasteners. It would be nice if the new hardware was part of the kit. Refer to the diagram included in the box to ensure all gear train parts return to their original positions after disassembly. There is no need to disconnect the wiring to fix this. Everything lubricated before assembly. I also lubricated all rotating parts of the arm and footrest.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • will be added later
