I have used them on every rental. They are easy to modify and look beautiful. Much cheaper than the big stores. This is a complete set, ie 2 latches and 2 entry handles. The picture is a bit confusing as you only see the sides with keyholes but you also get the other sides without keys.

These handles worked well for over a year but then a small piece of brass broke off and the lock opened. turn. I disassembled the handle and found several broken parts. Very weak internal mechanics. I assume that's what you get with cheap pens. Although the clasp is fine.

Kwickset is used to represent similar quality to their competitors. I bought this set because I was tired of sharing keys or a key. Much to my surprise, the quality of this item is so-so. No wonder the pair is being sold for what it is! Inner parts made of plastic! I would have spent more money if I had known that. It's still a good buy, but check and ask questions, everything to protect everything you own!

I probably bought this like many others as it was a very cheap double lock kit compared to some other makes and models but the quality is still great Well. I'm not that handy and the installation was easy and straightforward. Only having to carry and use one key for all locks is a huge plus for me and a big part of the reason I bought this.
