Use with L-Norvaline

I found out that one of the expensive pre-workout brand names contains mostly citrulline and norvaline. I figured it would be a lot cheaper to just make my own mix. While it may not be as strong as an expensive brand, I've had success with just 600mg of Citrulline and 80mg of Norvaline or some other supplements like Maca/Long Jack/Icariin/Tribulus/Ashwagandha. Citrulline and norvaline are converted to arginine in the body (but in different ways) and produce nitric oxide. This allows more oxygen

Great for endurance and recovery

I did a lot of reading before purchasing this product. I recently started exercising again and needed help with cardio and sore muscles. That helped in both cases. 1 teaspoon in my fruit juice 20 minutes before workout and I'm good to go. It reduced my overall pain and recovery time from 3 to 2, allowing me to train again on day 2 (I'm in my 50's - delaying the onset of muscle pain varies with age). I am so pleased with it that I recommend it to my patients. In addition, it has no discernibleโ€ฆ

As it should be - and bitter!

He does what he has to do. So. Rehab and the day after are brutal. Something like a migraine or a hangover, but not really. It's like you've been met. No amount of water or B vitamins helped etc. 2.5g (1 teaspoon) helped increase endurance and pump up in the gym. Not extreme pumping, but satisfying. Endurance has improved slightly (wanting and doing extra reps or two per set). Recovery and the next day went well. The packaging was as shown in the picture. The powder is fine and dissolvesโ€ฆ
