I like that it integrates well with our business application, which helps keep everything in one place for easy access as needed throughout my day-to-day work schedule (Monday through Friday). It doesn't always update automatically when you're looking up something via another system/application so there's instances where your data may be out of sync temporarily until updated by its own functionality!
