I have an indoor greenhouse (for tropical plants) and needed to turn up the heat. This heating pad, at its highest temperature, got close to 10 degrees Fahrenheit under a wooden board (-: it also only works when there's something cool on it.

I used it for my neighbour's cat who is always outside in the cold. Placed the smaller storage tank inside the larger one with insulation in between, cut a hole, put a heating pad in and placed below deck and voila, bnb cat. It took her a day to figure it out, but she seems to be enjoying it. It's nice to save a life. Thank you Lamutor!

Not bad but I use mine outdoors and it doesn't fit. In a store with an ambient temperature of 46 °, it does not keep a decent temperature. If you look at the thermometer that sits at the top, it reads 10 degrees higher, but it didn't. I've bought almost exactly the same wattage/size/amp from other brands of Matt which have much higher heat output.

These are great rugs, I like them better than big brands because they are much flatter and not as chunky. I use them with thermostats so I don't need a dial, but you can use them with just a dial if your room is kept at a constant temperature. I use aluminum tape to attach them to the bottom of the case and it's holding up great.
