Landpark Helpdesk - Easy and affordable way forward

The best thing about land park is that it's easy to use, have all your ticket data in one place so you can easily access them when needed or want too! It also has an excellent customer service team who are extremely helpful at any time of day no matter what state they're working from (I think). I don't like how there isn;t as many features for customers compared with other companies out their but this could be because we haven’t used everything yet? We've been using Land Park since our first…

  • Easy setup process.
  • Great support services available 24/7 even weekends & evenings!!! :)
Cons
  • Not very customisable
  • Limited number options / restrictions around certain things

Great Service And Very responsive Support team

The best part is that it's free to use, so there are no costs involved in using this software as well! It has an easy-to navigate interface which makes navigating through its features very simple for anyone who uses them regularly or even occasionally when they need some assistance with their computer issues (I'm talking about myself here). I have not found anything negative at all regarding my experience of having used these services before now; everything was great until i had problems…
