The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

An excellent device for dressing the cutting edge of knives in field conditions. Very well made. It has several grooves for dressing knives with different angles of the cutting edge. The ceramic honing strip is angled to allow serrated blades to be dressed.

Pros
  • Quality. Compactness.

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

I am very pleased with the purchase of a pocket sharpener, when choosing, I first of all paid attention to the bright orange color, as well as the number of sharpening angles at 17, 20, 25 and 30 degrees. One of the main advantages of the sharpener is, of course, its compactness, thereby allowing you to carry it with you if necessary. The sharpener is medium-grained, the body is made of plastic, and the sharpener is also very light and looks interesting.

  • compactness

Universal Sharpener Light Heavy

The Lansky C-Sharp offers multiple "V" angle sharpening configurations in one device with ceramic sharpening blades. The set also includes a sharpening rod. This is now a useful configuration for a variety of knife sharpenings, from very sharp but not very strong edges to heavier edges. Ceramic is a good choice for preserving these edges, rather than repairing damaged edges or badly dulled edges - Lansky has a similar tool with carbide blades for this purpose. The metal body of this tool limits

Pros
  • 4 sharpening angles (17º, 20º, 25º and 30º)
Cons

Super easy to use! the best sharpener

Got this sharpener yesterday and have already sharpened all the knives in the house. I immediately ordered a Lansky Quadsharp. By using these two products I have been able to restore amazingly sharp edges to all my knives. One of my knives has been abused over the years and had trouble cutting soft butter, now I can shave the hairs on my arms with the same knife. I will be ordering at least 3 more of each of these items to have them in different places to always have a sharp edge. Quadsharp is…

Pros
  • Robust metal housing
Cons
  • Brief instructions

Includes some instructions for beginners. Whilst this is a great sharpener for all skill levels and interests it is in the price range of a beginner sharpener so I believe it would result in much more positive reviews if instructions were included. An explanation of what the numbers mean, what different pottery is used for. Tips on finding an edge to use and a suitable angle. The reason I believe this will lead to higher ratings on average is that people (including me) with no experience or…

Pros
  • Rugged metal body
Cons
  • Discontinued

Handy little sharpener and all rounder

Over the years I have used another brand's 'quick' knife sharpener with just one set of carbides satisfactorily. But recently I've flipped the "stones" (so to speak) and the sharpener just won't assemble properly. The two halves give way even with slight pressure. So I ordered this Lansky. I have her larger pencil sharpener with a graduated scale, but it's quite large, so it's kept in a <erm> safe place and isn't always available. This little Lansky is quite usable and fits right in front

Pros
  • 800 grit ceramic whetstone for fine buffing and jagged cuts
Cons
  • Something different

Great little tool to keep in your kitchen drawer or backpack.

I now have 3 of these Lansky sharpeners. One, the Blade Medic, has a 22.5 degree fixed angle carbide and ceramic sharpener, plus a diamond rod for sharpening the tines and lives in my survival knife sheath/backpack. I also bought a Quad Sharp Polygon Carbide tool and a C-Sharp Polygon Ceramic tool, both of which support 17, 20, 25 and 30 degree angles. They live in a kitchen drawer and sharpen everything from a chef's knife to my lawnmower blades. Yes indeed. Some information about me. My…
