    Filters and leads appear to be of good quality However I received the wrong packaging and direction. It includes instructions for the filter, but the written instructions were for a different set, which can definitely confuse people. It is also possible to purchase additional clips to attach to the cabinet, but the product already includes them so you do not need to purchase any more. This fact must be stated in the description, otherwise most will probably buy the accessory.

    Installation was easy

    My Kenmore doesn't have an internal ice filter so I choose that. It had everything I needed to hook it up to my fridge, including teflon tape. Installation was easy and I didn't even have to look at the instructions. I'm not a plumber. The filter feels small, so when it's time to change the filter, I get a filter that lasts longer. I only have one ice machine and no water dispenser so this should take a while, I think maybe a year. There were no leaks on the first try.

The filtration system in my fridge stopped working so I bought this kit to filter the water and ice coming out of my fridge without having to replace the fridge.     I've had two of these (in two different houses). This is a great water filter. It filters out the chlorine taste very well, so my ice is tasteless compared to filtered water.
