I have no idea if this product is good for gyro removal as that seems to be the purpose of the soap but it does wonders for the face . But in combination with lotion.

If you're not familiar with Lava, you should be. If you get your hands dirty or dirty, Lava will clean them. I've relied on Lava for years to remove dirt from shop jobs, auto work, gardening and more.

What the heck happened to Lava Bar soap? It's really very hard to find. This is a must have for me as it does an excellent job with the drill string I use to clean my long gun. Regular bar soap just won't stick to fabric, but Lava Pumice does a great job of removing gunpowder residue. After cleaning my snake with lava, I put it in a tube sock and tied the top off for machine washing (so the metal tab doesn't "stick" at the end during the wash). So thank you seller of lava soap!

This is soap. Get wet, wash your hands. This is LAVA SOAP as mentioned in Pulp Fiction when John Travolta had to wash the blood off his hands after shooting Marvin in the face (RIP). It's okay, the actor who played Marvin has worked on awesome action movies and voice acting for things like Young Justice and many DC animated movies and series. He is okay. Soap has not changed since its appearance. If you've ever used it, you know what to expect.

I have been using Lava for many years. The very last pack I ordered stunk. My entire bathroom stank before I could even unwrap a candy bar. It's terrible. Traditionally odorless. I don't know what they changed but after using Lava for about ten years I'll switch to something else until they fix the stink.
