I've had this case for a little over a year and have only used it a couple of times, to my surprise it's already torn in a few spots. I was disappointed when I contacted the company and asked about their return policy and the only response I received was they asked after the purchase and sent pictures. I have sent photos along with my purchase ID and have not received a reply. Please spend a little more and get a quality case, not a paper mache one.

Update: After 1 month in a campervan it has a few breaks. That is, without deleting it since it was originally posted. A piece of junk. Work with the company to see what they can do. I wish this cover would work better than this one. It was a bit of a struggle, we have a taller fifth wheel and the surveys they send you aren't long enough and they're not strong enough anyway to lift that heavy cover that high. I first bought one of these cases in 2016. It served in harsh, windy conditions in Colorado until 2019 when cracks appeared on the corners. So I ordered a new one. for 2019. This time I ordered the exact size for my 30ft RV which is 34ft with spare wheel and hitch. Excellent fit, reinforced in all the right places, easy access inside with zipped panels. Easy installation? Double installation? NO! I tried to put the poles in my pockets, one person for each pole, and both of us couldn't get the RV cover. It was too hard!
