I ordered this item and found that after less than a month it often doesn't light up all night. Now it often turns itself off after a few hours. I am trying to contact the company

I love this product so much. It's well made, easy to put together and in the short time we've had it it's weathered a lot of rain, a foot of snow and not much hot sun yet! We get deliveries at least 2-3 times a week and are going from delivering to the wrong house at least once a week to getting every package and takeaway since we put the sign up. It is very bright at night and easily visible from 10-15 feet away. Highly recommended!

My house is something special. It has a narrow entrance. I have three address tags in front of it. However, I still had missed deliveries. I just installed it and I love it. The numbers are clear and visible. It is easy to see during the day or at night. As you can see, I don't mount it on the ground, I attach it to the gate with brackets. I believe that I will have no problems with deliveries in the future.

Works exactly as described but I have feedback for improvement. I'm trying to sneak past my HOA so I wanted it to be closer to the ground and I had to take a hacksaw to the pole to make it shorter. OR even better would be if the ground rod could be inserted directly into the sign itself, but it doesn't fit that way so I had to cut an inch off the post to make it ground level. This is just a review to help you improve it.

It was easy to prepare. They give you placement templates and any numbers or letters you need. You simply select a template, separate the numbers or letters you need and stick them on. You then screw in the bottom of the post and add a second post and then mount the sign on top. It has a sunroof, so move it at the right angle to get the sun. It comes with built-in battery. EDIT: I originally said this pointer is acceptable but unfortunately it is NOT. I thought it turned off early in the morning due to a bad sensor. However, I have found that it dims and turns off at around 1-2am in the morning due to the low battery level. And it's only been 2 weeks since I started using it. (1) The sign is illuminated by a single LED strip on top of the sign. Therefore, the light is not properly diffused. As a result, the numbers are not clearly visible from my street (the street is 90 feet from my house). The light from the sign actually obscures the numbers. (2) No gasket and limited plastic cover on battery compartment. This almost guarantees a possible water leak. (3) Thankfully, the included single NiMH 1200mAh 1.2V battery is replaceable. I replaced it with a 2450mAh battery
