I love homemade pasta and this allows me to get it thin and thin. It also gives me a permanent cut. If you get this make sure you clean it up right after, if you let the noodles and flour dry it's hard to clean.

It's easy to use and makes preparing homemade pasta much easier. It guides well and is very easy to clean. I used the sink spray function and it cleaned up quickly and easily and then let it air dry for a long time before putting it away for storage.

This pasta maker is a bit heavy but attaches well to my Kitchenaid Mini Stand Mixer and all three rollers work well and at the same time. Based on my experience with other products from this manufacturer, I would recommend it. They seem to be of very good quality, especially for the price.
