I get cold very easily, especially when diving. So I used this over a rashguard in 80 degree water in Mexico. Despite the once violent jump shift 🥶 I always felt completely comfortable. I didn't need my 3mm jacket at all, this vest was really perfect. I think it's a bit small. Luckily I ordered the medium because it fits perfectly. I'm 5'4, 125 pounds, regular height. I usually take a small one. So a larger size is probably a good idea. I highly recommend this product and it's a great price.

I received this vest with a pair of 1.5mm shorts for use in Florida during the winter months. Although my daughter is immune to cold water, my ability to stay in the water with her is limited. The combination of the vest with the shorts made the cool water bearable and our pastime enjoyable. Heavy duty zipper with adequate neoprene coverage to avoid skin irritation. I ordered a larger size first knowing the wetsuit would run small and assumed it was an Asian size but I had to return it as it was too big. Replacement item not available for 8 weeks but arrived after 6 weeks. The delay appears to be seasonal. I first ordered in January but quickly canceled the order, presumably due to spring break holidaymakers.
