Nice kettle, durable and well made. However, some serious design flaws made me look for another, more practical kettle. 1-The handle doesn't tilt to the side, so you can't pour water into the kettle at an angle of about 60 degrees from the side. This means you can't pour a measured amount by simply tilting the mug up at a 90 degree angle to empty it. I love my Lenox Butterfly Meadow teapot. It sits on my hearth and adds color to that area. I received another kettle but it wasn't as colorful as this one, also this kettle goes with a set of Lenox jerrycans I ordered a few months ago.

I bought this kettle to replace a kettle I bought years ago when I was working at Mikasa. I love the coated inside because it doesn't rust! This teapot suits all seasons as it features a more autumn/winter design on one side and a spring/summer design on the other. That's great!
