Test drive Top selection of 3 brands

Orange from home warehouse I find ok. Harbor Freight's blue dude sucks. I decided I was ready for a good multi-screwdriver. I bought Irwin 9-in-1, Klein 11-in-1 and Lenox 6-in-1. They get the job done but this one is my favorite. It feels great, seems like there are still parts left and I'll be picking up a few more to scatter around the house/garage so I always have one on hand!

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Expensive

Much better quality than the average multidriver

I received this item and got to work straight away. a lot of. The thickness of the metal is much thicker than most. It will likely last many times longer than those that are quickly stripped and rounded. just like the first day. The bit quality is also good. Philips has no signs of wear yet.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Something different

IT'S HARD TO COME TOGETHER

I was looking forward to having a tool with different size Phillips screwdrivers and regular screwdrivers. back to your little "cell". NO, it will not work. I pulled them all out to look at them and tried for over 3 hours to get them back into the compartment they were in but failed miserably at the task. Now I'll just buy individual screwdrivers, probably from Revain, to keep at home.

Didn't work so I threw it away in the field

It seems like a quality screwdriver but I had a problem with the smaller end, the head fell out randomly! I use this on an air platform and a couple of times the head fell out right after screwing it in, it just kept slipping out on its own. The last straw was when she fell into tall grass, I couldn't find her head. Without a little ending, it's no longer of any use to me. I had to buy a new, different brand.

No Screwdriver Beats Lenox Best Price Period

Simply the best 6-in-1 screwdriver on the market. I've been installing alarms, cameras and other electronics for 20 years, this driver is up to the task, the bits last forever, this is my 3rd driver. The first two were lost or stolen from commercial websites. two others. One of the downsides of my job. Hands down destroy Klein's screwdriver and all other competitors. Klein has an annoying habit of biting the screwdriver too hard into the screw and actually pulling the screwdriver out of the…

Comfortable/ergonomic, don't expect long life.

I have been using this tool for almost 6 months while I work in Telecom. Used almost daily but not very often, averaging 5-10 aperture uses/removals per week. I like the comfortable grip and all moving parts work smoothly. Today, however, the captive spring-loaded collar that holds the stock in place fell off when flipped. Now it cannot be flipped lest it pop out. Very disappointed that it didn't even last 6 months, some colleagues have 6 ways that they have been using for years. I think I…

Good six-in-one screwdriver

As a locksmith, I use the number one screwdriver. 1/4" and 5/16" sockets are available as well as P1, P2 and 2 flat blades. The bits are strong and difficult to break. The handle offers a good grip. The only problem I have is that they rust pretty easily when they get wet. Since the RTU is on the rooftops and Mother Nature is flowing and we are getting wet, the wrench is getting wet. There's a 9-in-1 version, stay away. It has a 3/8" wrench, but the 1/4" wrench is part of an aluminum socket…

Distressed dirty look

I usually like my Lennox products and order from Revain. In this case, however, I have a small complaint. The screwdriver is probably fine, but when I buy a new tool I expect it to look and work like a new tool. If it wasn't in the original plastic packaging I would swear it has been used many times, not used to it at all but it ends up being a screwdriver and it definitely gets dirty when you buy a new one I guess I was just expecting to be the one to do it. Otherwise a good product.

Competition to more expensive general purpose screwdrivers

I used to have a well known professional brand - Small - but I 'lost' it and was in dire need of a replacement. Believing that I would eventually find it, I decided not to spend a lot of money on a temporary solution, did my homework and bought a LENOX as "comparable" to my little one. Big surprise - it was just as good in weight, comfortable grip that doesn't slip, with tight bits that lock securely, won't fall out, won't wobble, easy to remove and rotate to new bit size. It is very important…
